I play copious amounts of Guitar Hero 2 on my Xbox 360. So much in fact that I think I’ve developed Carpal tunnel syndrome. Although I’ve played Guitar Hero 2 through on the Easy, Medium and Hard difficulties, it’s still fun to play — I haven’t quite finished it on Expert, but the last 10 songs are a little too challenging. And now that Guitar Hero 3 is coming out, I’ll have even less time to do anything useful :)
I wish I had enough energy (and skills) to modify my X-plorer controller just like this guy. He decided to change the fret buttons to more transparent ones so the LEDs he installed underneath them (dude!!) shine through when you press the buttons down. That would be so cool. Instructables.com has a great how-to guide but it does require some skill. Also, check out the video of the guy playing the modded guitar controller.
